AGENTS.md board Status table is stale: 'SDK V2 + New Spec' is now 'V2 Go Live' #1823

Symptom

Following the #### V2 board (#28) gh recipes table in AGENTS.md fails:

GraphQL: The single select option Id does not belong to the field (updateProjectV2ItemFieldValue)

Hit while moving #1801 to In Review.

Cause

The table lists a SDK V2 + New Spec column (1bbb6f57) that has since been removed from the board, and is missing V2 Go Live (b3a6966e), which was added via the GitHub web UI on 2026-07-27 for the go-live phases (#1804). The two are unrelated — V2 Go Live is a new option, not a rename of the old one.

Worth recording: adding that column through the web UI left the other four option IDs untouched, which is direct evidence that the UI path is safe — in contrast to the updateProjectV2Field full-replace hazard already documented in that section, which once orphaned every card's Status.

Update the table and the "last verified" note, list every removed column's dead ID in one place, and describe V2 Go Live correctly in the two prose references. Also add the missing recipe for looking up an existing card's item id by issue number (gh project item-list … select(.content.number==N)) — the documented recipes only cover adding a new item, so moving an already-boarded issue has no recipe to copy.
