Fractional resolution drawing issues with popup menus #103
Description
There are some fractional resolution scaling drawing issues that occur when drawing popup menus. The attached screenshot shows the issues when resolution scaling is set to 150% on Windows.
In the screenshot:
- The bottom left border corners of the 1st and 3rd menus (near Exit and Delete) is missing
- The upper right border corner of the 2nd menu (near file1.txt) is missing
- On the second menu, there is an extra pixel of white below the selected "file2.txt" background
