A lite dart-sass implementation, and proposal for contribution

Dear Modularscale creators,

I am a long-time user and fan of ModularScale, having started using it back in 2015. It has since become an integral part of my workflow.

Recently, I have fully transitioned to using dart-sass and noticed that this package isn't fully compatible with it. To address this, I have created a simplified version of modularscale-sass for personal use.

I am writing to express my interest in contributing to the development of version 4.x. I believe that my experience and understanding of the package could be valuable in this process.

I think it’s time I stepped back from this project. I don’t use it anymore and am extremely busy with other projects. @robsonsobral I would love your input on this as you have done the most 4.0 work. @robsonsobral I have elevated your permissions here to admin.

@P233 , can you, please, give some days to read the open issues and figure the next step? While you're here, can you review the v4 branch? I've been using my own version, but I don't remember if it's current. Please share your thoughts on what's been done, what's missing, and what should be removed.
