Make mpv control system wide

Expected behavior of the wanted feature

On all OSes , make mpv have system wide audio playback , so that it can be controlled by keybaord specific fn+ shortcuts

whilst it is doable , if mpv is trying to be a video player , shouldn't it be enabled by default?
