Reproduction Steps

If I play any video on my 160Hz monitor, the video just speeds up. If I set my monitor to 60Hz, it becomes even faster.
I can only temporary solve this issue by adding --override-display-fps=640, or opening stats page.

1. Play any video with --video-sync=display-resample

Expected Behavior

Play normally.

Actual Behavior

Speeds up.

I carefully read all instruction and confirm that I did the following:

• I tested and confirmed that the issue exists with the latest release version or newer.
• I provided all required information including system and mpv version.
• I produced the log file with the exact same set of files, parameters, and conditions used in "Reproduction Steps", with the addition of --log-file=output.txt.
• I produced the log file while the behaviors described in "Actual Behavior" were actively observed.
• I attached the full, untruncated log file.
• I attached the backtrace in the case of a crash.

By adding --wayland-internal-vsync=yes also can fix this issue, but the estimated frame rate is still super high.

This is a compositor bug, fifo should be blocking and mpv shouldn't have to do it itself
