Description
Adds WebGPU/TSL angular slicing example based on Three.js Journey lesson.
Bunch of interesting things like conditions, discard, shadow discard, angular test.
Crappy gears model by me, so no credit issue.
I added the screenshot to the exceptions since I can't generate one that works with the tests.
