eCos RTOS port to Hilscher netX chips

Overview:

This project is an adaptation of the eCos HAL to the netX chip from the company Hilscher (www.hilscher.com).

It contains all basic adjustments needed to get eCos running on one of the evaluation boards.

Includes chips:
---------------
 - netX 100/500
 - netX 51
 - netX 50
 - netX 10

Included drivers:
-----------------
 - Ethernet
 - Serial (RS232)

Prerequisites:
--------------
 * eCos 3.0 or latest CVS

Building an eCos package
------------------------
Just call the shell script makepkg.sh
