Fixes the recurring Argos diff on
docs-scheduler-event-timeline-preferences/DefaultPreferences.png.The
DefaultPreferencesdemos were the only consumers of thecompany-roadmapandpersonal-agendadatasets not passing the datasets' fixeddefaultVisibleDate, so they rendered around "today". Every CI run therefore captured a slightly different viewport (axis labels, scroll offset), producing a small screenshot shift on every build.The event calendar twin demo had the same latent issue, so both now pin the visible date like every sibling demo.
