Update ENSDb Icon

Background

• We're introducing a temporary placeholder ENSDb icon in ensadmin / feat: Enhance ENSNodeConfig UIs #1012

Goals

• @sskvts Design new logo for ENSDb. Please see related Slack discussion: https://namehash.slack.com/archives/C086Z6FNBHN/p1757015972049619
• @Y3drk Update ENSDb logo in ENSAdmin.
• @Y3drk Add ENSDb to the ENSNode docs at https://ensnode.io/ensdb/
  • Note: This should add the ENSDb logo to the top-left main nav of the ENSNode docs.
  • Note: This should also introduce a single initial page in the docs for ENSDb. For now the content of this page can begin with a simple "Coming Soon" kind of an idea. Creating the real docs content for ENSDb is outside the scope of this issue.
• @Y3drk Update the UI component for displaying a config in ENSAdmin so that it includes a link to the new ENSNode docs for ENSDb.
