Replace `databaseSchema` term with a more precise one

ENSNode codebase makes references to databaseSchema, databaseSchemaName, DATABASE_SCHEMA, etc. Using generic terms must be replaced with precise terms. For example, "database schema" might be referenced by "ENSIndexer Schema".

This issue will be completed when all generic references to " database schema" are replaced as suggested above.
