Inline tag shows PR requiring review as mergeable

I noticed that the inline tag shows that a pull request is mergeable even if merging is blocked due to awaiting reviews.
For example, the currently open PR in this repository is #98 - it is mergeable as it has no conflicts with the base branch, but it is not mergeable by the author until it's approved.
I'd love the plugin to distinguish these two states. I'm not sure though if it's a bug or a feature request.

And nearly a year later... this is definitely a feature request. The way github handles mergability vs git handles mergability is not the same. The checks in this plugin are misleading since they are more accurate to git instead of github.

They might expose more info in the API, it just needs a fair bit of work to parse it out.
