Proposed changes
This PR aim to redirect to migration on boarding page dinamically by brand (Bluehost or Hostgator) if the option nfd_migrate_site is set to true. This should go together with a PR in onBoarding module to set the option to false once the migration first step is launched. Need to go with newfold-labs/wp-module-onboarding#831
