Add/refine Kotlin unit tests for ported lab instrumentation

We've received tests from the labs team to include with some of our Kotlin instrumentation. https://github.com/newrelic-experimental/kotlin-coroutines-examples. With classloading problems resolved, assertions should be added to complete the initial phase of unit testing.
