cannot share calendar with other users / groups

Steps to reproduce

1. Create new calendar
2. Click the share button

Expected behaviour

When clicking the share button i expected to see a list, where i can put in user names or group names to share with.

Actual behaviour

Only the "Share via Link"-Option is available
