[backport]Back port ci changes from master to 2.7.0

Description

This PR backports PR of master: #687 and #691

Note: This changes are not related to any BUG fix or code maintenance for the integration app but just some adjustment in the CI file. This was required because there was some conflict when merging release/2.7 to master and this backports will resolve them.

Failed in flaky API test.
The below flaky test occurs while creating folder in nextcloud. We use Nextcloud's docker image from https://github.com/juliushaertl/nextcloud-docker-dev here to run our API tests. But with that image when we try to create an already created folder it gives status code 500 which is the main reason behind the failure. Other details can be found in this PR #697.
The test is also passed in the same CI jobs https://github.com/nextcloud/integration_openproject/actions/runs/10786757439/job/29914181217?pr=699 (sometime it pass but sometime it does not)
