Search over tags is case-sensitive.

Describe the solution you'd like
Search over tags should be case-insensitive.

When I search "Example", "EXAMPLE", "ExamplE" (or any uppercase / lowercase variation) and a tag called "example" exists, I'd like to see in the search results in the relevant tag context.

Describe alternatives you've considered
The user who brought this up to me has found a curious workaround, that is to put the tag word as a comment. In this case, the search for comments is case-insensitive and he finds the resources he expect in the search.

If I'm not wrong, according to https://github.com/nextcloud-releases/server/releases/tag/v31.0.6, #53034 should be in 31.0.6, but I'm testing and do not see the expected results.

Am I missing anything?

Maybe I'm mistaken, where exactly are you searching the tags? Maybe there is another location we forgot to change :)
