feat(columns): add duplicate column functionality #2272

- Add 'Duplicate' button in column header options menu - Add @duplicate-column event propagation through component chain - Add tables:column:duplicate handler in Modals.vue - Copies column with all settings (type, options, etc.) - New column gets '(copy)' suffix in the name Closes nextcloud#485 (partial implementation)
