* tools: add `.git-blame-ignore-revs` file [#43017](https://github.com/nodejs/node/pull/43017)
* Darshan: Github Support ticket to have somebody disable this from the github blame view. Darshan engaged with the developers of said feature directly. GitHub is considering to toggle this feature off in the future but not guarantees.
* Darshan: let’s wait until we have a quorum so we could override the objection.
* build: add devcontainer configuration [#40825](https://github.com/nodejs/node/pull/40825)
* Matteo: we can ask the foundation for the missing keys.
