Instead of having permanently open issues just so the tooling can add stuff to the agenda, include permanent standing issues in the templates. While we're at it, get rid of "Q&A, Other" from TSC meeting because we don't do Q&A anymore and "Other" seems lose-able. Closes: nodejs/admin#395 Closes: nodejs/TSC#423

This has been open nearly a week. Can we land it? If CommComm doesn't like the changes to their agenda doc, they can always send a PR to update. Very low stakes. |

@amiller-gh can you comment on this issue. I don't think it's appropriate to change the template for the CommComm meetings without the chair being in agreement. |
