Besides CNCF annual review, Notary project should publish project health regular review. The process should be defined and documented.
- Project health regular review cadence
- Status included but not limited to the follows:
- New contributors
- New maintainers (promotions/step-downs)
- New partners
- New adopters
- Project metrics like PR completion length, issue completion length etc.
