What / Why
This PR is to support Sourcehut.
Recently I have commited to degit.
In the lib, git hosts' info is extracted in hardcoded way.
It would be better to replace the part with this library.
Now degit supports github, gitlab, bitbucket and Sourcehut as hosts.
Therefore, addition of it is needed
