Npm package not found in npms.io

Missing fe-pilot in npms.io & api.npms.io

My npm package(fe-pilot) is available in www.npmjs.com but missing in www.npms.io & www.api.npms.io, don't know why? It's been more than 1 year I am maintaining the package but still missing from some of the places.
