can please direct me to documentation for upgrade of ntopng system

my version details in this image...

a) want to upgrade to latest version as i am having issues with application category

b) using netflow i want to report and segment Application layer 7 traffic...as my current setup is an out of place setup collecting cisco netflow and trying to put them into application categories.

We have observed that our NTOPNG report indicates 2.8TB of data classified as NETFLOW. We would greatly appreciate your guidance on how to further categorize this traffic into specific groups, such as WebEx, Zoom, pornography, games, malware, phishing, and others. We are encountering challenges in implementing this breakdown and are running out of solutions. Could someone kindly provide assistance or point us in the right direction?
