bug: perl not found when using dynamic playlist feature #91

Description

@lokke3

System Details
OS: Ubuntu 24.04
Arch: x64
Desktop Environment: Gnome? Wayland? default for Ubuntu 24.04 whatever that is
Version: 3.3.1
Installed by: Flatpak

Describe the bug
When trying to start a dynamic playlist I get the error "You need to install "perl" on your system in order for Cantata's dynamic mode to function."

I tried using flatseal to allow Cantata access to system perl (which is present) and it still wouldn't work. I gave full access to system resources for Cantata and it still didn't help.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Install stock ubuntu
  2. flatpak install Cantata
  3. create a dynamic playlist
  4. try to run it

Expected behavior
Playlist should start playing
