bug: perl not found when using dynamic playlist feature

Describe the bug
When trying to start a dynamic playlist I get the error "You need to install "perl" on your system in order for Cantata's dynamic mode to function."

I tried using flatseal to allow Cantata access to system perl (which is present) and it still wouldn't work. I gave full access to system resources for Cantata and it still didn't help.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install stock ubuntu
2. flatpak install Cantata
3. create a dynamic playlist
4. try to run it

Expected behavior
Playlist should start playing

Thanks for the issue report. This is a duplicate of #58. The cantata dynamic playlists feature as implemented unfortunately doesn't translate well to Flatpak installations.
