Description

A query executed via pdml-tool fails, returning error code 4016 and an [ERRSIM] sim error message.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Connect to the database using the following command:

   obclient -h11.158.69.51 -uroot -P10001 -A test

2. The table structure and data for reproduction are available via an attached file.
3. The error is logged in the observer log file seekdb.log.20260114104445617:
