[Deploy to PRD] Translation, Plugin fixes and cleanup

This PR will merge the latest changes into main and trigger a deploy to PRD.

• 896 - Uninstall no longer needed Generic Plugins #955
• Minor fixes for existing plugins #958
• Minor fixes for page header plugin #959
• Minor fixes for multiple plugins #961
• Minor changes to grid column #962
• Adding i18n support. #939
