Exclusion Trend Micro WFBS

Hello Olaf,

It seems that Trend Micro WorryFree is flooding logs with Events -> 17 Pipe Created (rule: PipeEvent):

EventType: CreatePipe
Image: C:\Program Files (x86)\Trend Micro\Client Server Security Agent\tmlisten.exe

I think it would be best to add it to the exclusions like with the other Trend Micro binaries.
