Feature Suggestion: upgrade / try latest version of FakeXrmEasy announced #451

Hi!
I've seen this repo is using FakeXrmEasy.9 for some sample unit tests.
Just letting you know there are brand new versions 2.x and 3.x. 3.x supports .net core and could be used to unit test also Azure Functions v3 while preserving most of the codebase used in v1.x
