If no fridge add one, if 3 freezers remove one. Ownership values locally changed (based on 10000 runs) to reflect original final ownership values.
This is a "quick fix" for cold appliance ownership, and a partial fix for #19 . In case of knowledge of the correlation between the ownership of different appliances a better solution could be implemented.
Note that this fix might influence the total electricity demand, which is not verified in any way.
