If the sdk is disable and our handler is added to the root logger we will recurse in order to log that SDK is disabled. Use the warnings facilities to print the message instead.

If the sdk is disable and our handler is added to the root logger we will recurse in order to log that SDK is disabled. Use the warnings facilities to print the message instead.
