Increase S3 multipart upload part size to 100MB for collection zips#502

The global.zip collection has grown large enough that the default 5MB part size exceeds S3's 10,000 part limit. Increasing to 100MB supports files up to ~1TB. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
