It would be a good idea to get @davideschiavone to comment on this. Are we removing parameters, or just verifying fixed values?

@davideschiavone @Floadv298 can you take another look at this. Do we take the path of simplification, that is removing the parameterization (supporting the goal of simplification on this project, and a very simple core) or retain the parameters and set them to the values we want.

Hi @duncan. Thanks for making the updates I asked for. Just to proof what an AR person I am, I asked for one more regarding comments to the editor.
More important than that is Item 1 in the Product deliverables section. That table lists me as the Technical Project Leader of the "RTL code" deliverable. That is not a credible plan that the TWG should sign-off on, so let's not propose that. We need to identify an credible RTL resource for this.
