Feature request: per server usage stats

Like: you have played server xyz for x hours.

There are apps for this kind of monitoring but they catch gta sa game not by server.

In the nearly future i doubt this is going to be implemented for 2 reasons:

1.- Security risks.

• Because in the past within the old legacy SA-MP launcher we've had server attacks via a flood exploit related to updating server statistics on the launcher server list. This opens the door for attackers to download this repo and modify their own launcher version(that is already open source) and bypass any security system and perform flooding requests, therefore not a good idea at all.

2.- Already implemented native functions
There are already functions to manage server statistics in-game.

- [GetPlayerNetworkStats](GetPlayerNetworkStats): Gets a player networkstats and saves it into a string.
- [NetStats_GetConnectedTime](NetStats_GetConnectedTime): Get the time that a player has been connected for.
- [NetStats_MessagesReceived](NetStats_MessagesReceived): Get the number of network messages the server has received from the player.
- [NetStats_BytesReceived](NetStats_BytesReceived): Get the amount of information (in bytes) that the server has received from the player.
- [NetStats_MessagesSent](NetStats_MessagesSent): Get the number of network messages the server has sent to the player.
- [NetStats_BytesSent](NetStats_BytesSent): Get the amount of information (in bytes) that the server has sent to the player.
- [NetStats_MessagesRecvPerSecond](NetStats_MessagesRecvPerSecond): Get the number of network messages the server has received from the player in the last second.
- [NetStats_PacketLossPercent](NetStats_PacketLossPercent): Get a player's packet loss percent.
- [NetStats_ConnectionStatus](NetStats_ConnectionStatus): Get a player's connection status.
- [NetStats_GetIpPort](NetStats_GetIpPort): Get a player's IP and port.
- [GetNetworkStats](GetNetworkStats): Gets the servers networkstats and saves it into a string.

all you need to do is include an external plugin like mysql to connect to your host and create your own user interface to monitor your server/player stats.
This feature is not something everyone wants, why should we add features that a small amount of server owners will be likely to use when this can be implemented natively from the server owner side, plus that is the advantage of using external plugins/includes.
Some popular servers don't even use mysql plugin because their purpose is to be simple as possible just like the gamemode references found in the open.mp library.
