This adds bscrashfix and removes rustext from the relevant list of broken (memory hacking) plugins.
The first is not needed because omp has no such issues, the second now has non-memhack version that should be used with omp (but since this version has the same plugin name as the original, omp still blocked it from loading so it was needed for the user to figure it out and rename it somehow manually).
