Automated Rejection of Student Developer Pack Application

Hi everyone,

I have been trying to submit an student application for the github education pack. My student ID doesn't have an date on it and so it has been rejected. I've also submitted my student transcript which does have a date on it and my full name but that has also been rejected. I can't use my school email to verify as I am unable to receive any external emails sent to it. I believe that my application has been auto rejected as well. I am unsure as to how to proceed in order to get my student benefits.

Please let me know the next steps I can take.

I'm having the same issue--no date on student ID. When I try and apply as "faculty", I can upload images rather than using my computer's camera, but I have no option to upload images as a student. I presume an employer/school-issued (digital) health insurance card would be sufficient for support with a date, but I have no way to upload it from the student application side of things.

I understand how frustrating this is! The Student Pack verification system has strict requirements that sometimes creates issues:

What you can try:

1. Contact GitHub Education Support directly - They can manually review applications with documentation issues
2. Use your school email - If available, many schools have email systems even for students without dated IDs
3. Provide alternative documentation - Enrollment letters, course schedules, or official transcripts with dates often work
4. Upload as PNG/JPG - Try taking a clear photo of your documents and uploading as image files
5. Faculty Alternative - Some students have success applying as "faculty" if their school allows access

Important: GitHub Support at education@github.com can help override automated rejections if you have legitimate student status. Provide your school name, student email, and explain the documentation issue.

The system is automated to prevent fraud, but the GitHub Education team can make exceptions with proper verification!

When I try to reapply, I am unable to upload image files and I have to use my camera.I can also not contact github education support directly as I get this popup. I am still unsure on how to proceed. Any more advice would be helpful.

My name is Omirzak Kuldybayev.

I keep getting rejected for Github Education pack, I am working on my Graduate project(you can see it from my transcript and my schedule print) and I am in desperate need of a Student developer pack.
It is a frustrating experience, because your camera can't focus and doesn't allow user to take more than one photo. I attach here my transcript and my education schedule for proof.

I already did other steps, I have my full name, billing information, 2FA enabled.
Please help and review my application.

I also sent email to education@github.com and got declined. It doesn't make a sense.

I accept it, my university is California State Dominguez Hills, I am on MS in Cybersecurity. My second email on this account is okuldybayev1@toromail.csudh.edu. On my previous comment I pointed out that they declined my email message sent to education@github.com.
