Performance issue with Path-based BOM-detection #149
Description
As discussed in #148, the current BOM detection mechanism using Path does not (noticeably) outperform the InputStream variant and can even have the opposite effect when reading many files, as the file is read twice. Therefore, the Path variant should use the same mechanism as the InputStream variant—reading the entire file through the BOMInputStream.
