Rolling year calendar

Would it be possible to have the calendar without the year return events for the next 12 months instead of the current year.

When downloading calendar from https://canada-holidays.ca/ics/ON?cd=true

Expected:
Get all events for the next 12 months across 2025-2026

Got:
I get only the events for 2025.

Other than that, the calendar is working really great!

Hi Andrej,

The "get all events by 1 year" assumption is baked into the code pretty deeply, so it's not an easy fix. Every year the "default" year changes once Boxing Day is over (usually December 27). So eventually that route will return the right holidays for 2026 but unfortunately, it will only happen after all this year's holidays are over (after Boxing Day).

However, I know this is something people want, particularly for the ICS routes, so I have it on my TODO list for a future version of me with more time.

So the short answer is that in the short-term, I don't really have time to work on this but in the medium term I might pick it up.
