www.perl.org and www.cpan.org are not accesssible over IPv6

Hi,

www.perl.org and www.cpan.org don't have AAAA records, so cannot be reached over IPv6.

This is curious as both perl.org and cpan.org have AAAA records and are reachable over IPv6, but not with the wwww.

Would it be possible to add that?
