Description

As noted in issue #3130, Keybase has lost our key, and we have little confidence it will be fixed/recovered.

From a trust perspective, we feel that it is sufficient to host our public key in the GitHub repo itself.

For users who would like a secondary validation of our key, it is available on Ubuntu key servers.

Documentation will be updated in a separate PR.
