Add an option for attributeAsLocals

Hi there,

I was using posthtml-modules for a while, only it does totally not work correctly with the expressions plugin. So I decided to use this plugin and it worked instantly as it should. Thank you for that.

However I had a request to add the ability just like posthtml-modules to add the attributes to the locals in the requested file. This gives a much more clean code :)

Cache invalidation with parcel does not work with posthtml modules.
