Sync eslint additional dep version with eslint repo rev

https://github.com/pre-commit/mirrors-eslint requires listing the version in two places as follows:

-   repo: https://github.com/pre-commit/mirrors-eslint
    rev: v8.54.0
    hooks:
    -   id: eslint
        additional_dependencies:
        -    eslint@8.54.0

Could this tool sync the two?

you only need it doubled if you add additional additional deps

OK in that case, syncing would only happen if eslint is already in additional_dependencies

edit: the code works this way already

Read some more code, realized that any node hook that lists itself in additional_dependencies would benefit from this syncing. Will file a PR.
