[BETA 44] - changes to gschema.override regarding fractional scaling

Fractional scaling is not an experimental feature anymore. Gnome complains about some of the overrides used by Bluefin :

mar 30 10:22:43 Lafontaine gnome-shell[5148]: Unknown experimental feature 'xwayland-native-scaling'

Bluefin still sets it in /system_files/bluefin/usr/share/glib-2.0/schemas/zz0-bluefin-modifications.gschema.override in the [org.gnome.mutter] section.

Those lines should be removed for Bluefins using Gnome 50.
