Tooltips in dark scheme are not readable

On Ubuntu 24.04 with dark scheme tooltips are not readable.

Reproduction:

0. Set dark scheme on Ubuntu.
1. Open dataset.
2. Show plot.
3. Hover mouse over plot and observe tooltip

Tooltips should be readable in light and dark scheme.
