Provide albums without "Photos" app

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
At the moment, Memories requires the "Photos" app in Nextcloud to provide the "albums" feature. However it makes no much sense to have two apps installed which provide a similar functionality and having both available in the Nextcloud toolbar may be confusing for some users.

Describe the solution you'd like
Support albums without using the "Photos" app feature.

Describe alternatives you've considered
An option to disable the "Photos" toolbar entry, so the app is still active, but not accessible by accident.

For reference, you can hide the photos app with the help of the custom css app and the following entry:

.app-menu-entry:has(a[href*="apps/photos"]), .app-menu-popover-entry:has(a[href*="apps/photos"]) {
    display: none !important;
}

The matter was discussed a bit in #694 so this is somewhat a duplicate though technically a different request
