Pixi - Cannot activate test environments

What happened?

With windows 10:

  | platform 'osx-arm64'
  `-> build dispatch initialization failed: there is no compatible Python
      interpreter for 'win-64'

I'm pretty sure this worked fine in December.

Pixi is updated:

C:\Users\J.W\Documents\GitHub\xarray>pixi self-update
pixi is already up-to-date (version 0.62.2)

I can't reproduce, so I was about to ask you to reset your cache (i.e. delete the .pixi directory and maybe run pixi clean cache), at least that tends to help me quite often.

However, there's a panic, which means this would be an actual bug in pixi. @lucascolley, do you have any idea what this could be?

I still can't reproduce on ubuntu 24.04 (I had to add linux-64 to the reproducer), so this might be OS-dependent? @Illviljan appears to be using win-64 and you osx-arm64.
