[Notebook Re-Run] mmm_causal_identification

Summary

• Re-runs docs/source/notebooks/mmm/mmm_causal_identification.ipynb on the v1.0.0 branch with real sampling (pymc>=6, arviz>=1).
• Normalizes the import to from pymc_marketing.mmm import MMM per the migration guidance in Migrate all notebooks to pymc>6.0 and arviz>1.0 #2614; no other changes were needed.

Part of #2614.

Test plan

• Mock runner passes (scripts/run_notebooks/runner.py)
• Full real execution via jupyter execute --inplace with no errors, sequential execution counts
• Plot outputs visually inspected
• pre-commit passes (including validate-watermark)
