default loss of LearnerND changed?

Looking at the documentation of the LearnerND tutorial, there are only 77 points for the finished learner.

Did we change the loss requirement or did we change the definition of the loss accidentally?

We seem to have changed the loss definition between v0.6.0 and v0.7.0.

I will investigate more.

git diff v0.6.0...v0.7.0 learnerND.py shows that we introduced the scaling of the points and values.

@JornHoofwijk, the change of what the loss number means changed here, right?

So the solution would just be to require a different loss goal in the tutorial.
