A fix I had in a testing version of this workflow didn't make it to the real GitHub repo for OpenFermion.
Left-over from testing.
GitHub is about to stop supporting Ubuntu 20.04 on runners.

A fix I had in a testing version of this workflow didn't make it to the real GitHub repo for OpenFermion. The syntax passes YAML linting but is actually subtly incorrect and does not produce the expected behavior.
