Show associated orders and counterparty trades for take orders/clears

Problem

When viewing take order or clear events, there's no way to see which orders were involved or what the other side of the trade was.

Requirements

• For each take order / clear event, display the orders that the transaction was for
• Show the counterparty side of the trade (the other order and its details)

Why

Improves trade traceability — makes it easy to understand which orders matched, who the counterparty was, and what they traded.
