The Alt+Tab window delayer doesn't work when using the Win XP style alt-tab
To enable XP stlye alt-tab:

Registry path HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer
New DWORD AltTabSettings, value 1
Restart explorer.exe
